無意中發現一部古董 有阻力的, 左右拉力坐位有滑輪. 年份相信大概20世紀初.....更土味足. 我會再搜尋何時製造先. 如果比JOE 的reformer 更早. 即是當時候這一類器材是非常普遍.......
只是加少少減少少又專利註冊了. 只是我們網絡未存在前. 很多東西不知道. 就將不清不楚中加入自己幻想去豐富內容.

划船運動機“Warrow”。這是一件很棒的老式健身器材。它由實心白蠟木製成，配有滑動座椅、可調節腳踏板和“槳”把手。“槳”在繩索和滑輪上運行，鋼彈簧在拉動“槳”時提供阻力，座椅也裝有彈簧以提供向後張力。座椅標有“專利‘Warrow Reg D’No. 321362/29”。

Unusual and beautifully designed this early 20th century collapsible rowing machine abdominal exerciser manufactured by the Health Developing Apparatus Co., inc., Bridgeport, Conn.
Made of lightweight aluminum which also makes it perfect to hang up as unique vintage wall art. When fully extended the machine measures 50 inches in length. the width is approx. 12 7/8 inches. one side of the device reads "the seat of health" with added floral motifs.
The side containing the adjustable foot pedals is also adorned with ornament, along with very fanciful calligraphic company initials. The wood handles retain original black enamel finish. The removable seat with perforated or ventilated center glides with ease.
