Reformer standing movements

Once you become proficient in Reformer. You can also practice while standing. These are cut photos of the various movements.
The reason you practice standing on the reformer is because it is difficult to balance. This improves your sense of balance. An improved sense of balance means that the power to maintain correct posture becomes stronger. People with misshaped bodies have a significantly weak sense of balance. So, even if it is not a reformer, the body shape may be distorted. People with poor posture must train to improve their sense of balance.
