普拉提名字雖然可以不受約束下使用. 甚至所教授的培訓內容不是真正普拉提內容都無人可以奈得你何(吹你唔漲). 不過其他周邊歷史照片, 不是你喜歡便可以隨意下載分享. 更何況使用在商業用途上?

有朋友向我索取學習意見, 因為她從網上一個平台內(slideshare) 看到一培訓學院放儲了普拉提導師教材記錄(Pilates Foundation for professionals Pilates teacher), 裡頭有很多Joseph Pilates 的歷史照片, 她感到好奇怪為何有這麼多張照片. 所以將連結傳給我了解. 我看到有十多張Joseph Pilates在工作室的照片應該是有版權的.

如果對普拉提真正有認識的愛好者. 一定會知道這一批照片的版權由一位記者I. C. Rapoport 擁有的. 只要是曾跟隨正宗普拉提的導師學習, 尤其第二代導師也會知道這一批照片需要經過許可才會使用.
講到這裡明白為何其他培訓學院不會隨便下載公然使用.

我找出一本書藉內容可以看到. 其中照片下方也會寫明版權人名字. 所以我好肯定回答了對方這一些照片應該沒有得到許可使用.
朋友仔希望我能協助她有肯定的證明. 所以直接將資料傳到版權持有人(I.C Rapoport) 查詢. 對方(I.C. Rapoport)亦很快回覆了(見圖).

同時得到 Mr I.C. 同意下將他已確認的內容直接分享出來. 好讓朋友仔不會再胡裡胡塗誤會了.

事實上多難看(幾肉酸)....做出這行為也令我產生懷疑他們是否沒有跟隨真正普拉提導師學習, 不要說跟隨長老或者是來自第二代的. 如果有跟隨正規學習, 沒有可能連基本對前人的尊重意識也沒有啊!

記得上年我曾跟其中一位第二代普拉提導師交談. 她們全部都熟識I.C. Rapoport . 因為他也會出席參與一些普拉提交流會. 嚴格來講他算是Joseph Pilates 的學生了. 亦被稱為第一代長老.

簡單介紹一下
源於他(I.C)1961年為一本雜誌(Sports Illustrated) 工作而安排到Joseph Pilates 工作室與Joseph Pilates 會面. 訪問Joseph Pilates 也拍攝了一批照片, 期間 Joe Pilates 亦都有親自教授他練習. 當中一張照片正是 I.C. Rapoport 本人.

I.C. Rapoport (Chuck Rapoport, born May 13, 1937) is known both for his work as a photojournalist in the 1960s and more recently as a TV and film screenwriter. Rapoport's photography career is noted for his Life Magazine photo essay on the aftermath of the tragic Aberfan, Wales disaster, and also for his exclusive and rare photographs of Joseph Pilates, the now famous fitness master and creator of the Pilates Method.
